Yes. The Free plan is permanent — not a trial. You get 5,000 events per month, every month, at no cost. When your volume grows, upgrading is natural and frictionless.

An event is any behavioral signal you send to our API — a failed login, a suspicious IP address, a password reset request. One API call equals one event.

On paid plans, excess events are automatically billed at your plan's overage rate at the end of your billing cycle — your production traffic is never interrupted. The Free plan has no overage billing; usage above its limit may result in throttling or a prompt to upgrade.

All infrastructure, log databases, and event telemetry are hosted in secure, enterprise-grade datacenters located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU region) via Supabase. We do not replicate or transfer your production metadata outside the European Union.

Our architecture is designed with privacy by design: strict PostgreSQL schema isolation means your tenant's data never mixes with anyone else's. We follow GDPR principles across our infrastructure. Formal data subject request tooling (e.g. automated right-to-erasure) is on our roadmap — until then, contact us directly and we'll handle any data request manually.
